Add $75 cleaning fee to nightly rentals (5 nights or less)
Registration Fee of $15 ($35 during spring break) due upon arrival.
No Smoking. No pets allowed. No groups of students. Minimum age: 25
$150 deposit required within 4 days of making reservation.
3-night minimum. 4-night minimum on Memorial Day and 4th of July.
4-week cancellation notice required.
